• In the event that you receive an order that does not match your choice, or a damaged or defective product from the first use of the product, please contact us directly within a maximum of 3 days.
• The time period for resolving any problem faced by the customer ranges between 3-5 working days in the same city as the store. And 5-10 days outside the city of the store.
• The time period for returning or exchanging products within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its closed packaging and in the same original condition upon purchase, and the customer bears the costs of returning the shipment estimated at 25 riyals via Aramex or SMSA deducted from the value of the returned product only. In the event that the product has free shipping, then the product is returned to the store with the value of two shipments (the free shipment = 25 riyals, and another 25 riyals is added to it for return), so that the store does not bear the shipping costs in one way or another.
• Upon return, all accessories and gifts received with the product upon purchase must be returned in their original packaging.
• Excluded from return and exchange are products that are prepared at the customer’s request or according to specifications specified by him. Excluded from this are products that have a defect or that do not conform to the agreed specifications.
• In the event of the arrival of a product other than the order that was requested from the store, and it was a mistake by the store in preparing the order , the store will bear all shipping costs and product replacement.
• If you order using a credit card or an electronic payment method, we will refund the price of the product (commodity) only. Please note that it may take 14 working days for the amount to appear in your bank statement once the payment is processed by the financial department.
